Custom and personalised orders

While all cards are designed by me, they are printed by a third party company to ensure a close representation of the original artwork and quality final product. So while I am unable to customise the front and backs of my cards, there is an option to have a personalised messaged from you printed inside.

Can I track my International order?

All orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard service and unfortunately can not be traced. If you would like your order to be tracked, then additional charges will apply. Please message me for details.

What should I do if the estimated delivery date has passed and my order has not arrived?

All delivery times are estimates ONLY provided by Royal Mail and can increase depending on the time of year. For international orders, packages can often be held up at customs which can also cause delays.

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

Whilst I do not offer a gift wrapping service, all items are tissue wrapped and neatly presented.

Wash and care instructions on fabric items?

For Cushion Covers - due to the nature of production, all pure Cotton Drill or Half Panama printed cushion covers are dry clean only. For information on other products, please see specific listings for details.

When will my items arrive?

Orders take up to 2 days to prepare. Please note that the estimated delivery time stated does not include preperation so do order your goods in plenty of time to avoid dispointment.
