A few things worth knowing before you order.
Behind every Ionna Marie Designs product is artwork created with care, whether it's a card, print, personalised piece or something made especially for you.
These Terms & Conditions explain the practical things you need to know when buying from me, from placing an order and delivery to personalisation, returns and your rights as a customer.
I’ve kept them as straightforward as possible, because legal information doesn't need to be complicated to be useful.

2. Products and artwork
I create and sell greeting cards, stationery, art prints and other creative products.
I take care to represent my artwork and products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Individual product listings provide the relevant details, including size, materials and whether personalisation is available.
3. Placing an order
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, particularly:

If you notice an error, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to help, but I cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
4. Personalised products
Some products allow you to add a personalised message or other information.
Please provide your wording exactly as you would like it printed and check spelling carefully before submitting your order.
Personalised and custom-made products may be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights. Please see Returns & Cancellations in Help & Support.
5. Custom artwork
I offer bespoke artwork created in my own style from the ideas, information or photographs you provide.
The scope, price and estimated timescale will be agreed before work begins.
Because custom artwork is created specifically for you, it is generally not eligible for cancellation simply because you change your mind.
Specific terms may apply to individual commissions.
6. Copyright
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs and written content created by Ionna Marie Designs remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Buying a product does not transfer copyright or give permission to reproduce, copy, resell or commercially use my artwork.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will pay, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges shown at checkout.
Payment must be completed when placing your order.
8. Delivery and fulfilment
Most orders are prepared and dispatched by me using Royal Mail.
Some products may be produced, packed and shipped directly to you by a trusted fulfilment partner, such as Printful. The relevant delivery information will be provided on the product listing or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal, production or customs delays.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights apply.
For standard, non-personalised goods purchased online, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel after receiving your order, followed by a further 14 days to return it.
Personalised and custom-made items are generally excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not meet your statutory rights, please contact me and I will work with you to put things right.

10. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible.
Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested to help me investigate and resolve the problem.
11. Circumstances outside my control
Occasionally, circumstances outside my reasonable control may affect production or delivery, including postal delays, customs delays, severe weather or disruption to third-party services.
I will always do my best to help resolve problems when they arise.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions when my business, products or services change.
The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
