OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Ionna Marie Designs aims to dispatch your order within two working days. Items are shipped using Royal Mail. If you wish to use another courier, please message to discuss arrangements and additional payment.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ionna Marie Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations & Returns
If you have ordered something by mistake or had a change of heart, you may cancel your order within one hour of purchase.
If the items have already been delivered you have 7 days from the day received to contact me to discuss your concern and if agreed, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned in its original condition as the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
WARRANTY AT IONNA MARIE DESIGNS
Damage or Defective
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Ionna Marie Designs within 7 days of delivery providing a photograph that clearly shows the concern. I can discuss and agree the best way to proceed, be that an exchange or full refund.
Due to the nature of certain items, unless damaged or defective I am unable to accept the following:
• Custom or personalised orders.
• Sale items.
