WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders take 2 - 3 working days to prepare. Please note that the estimated delivery time stated does not include preparation so do order your goods in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED.
If you have selected 1st class, please allow 1-2 working days.
If you have selected Standard 2nd Class, please allow 3 -4 working days.
Please note that, if your order is too large to go through your letterbox, Royal Mail is meant to leave a card advising you that they have your order and will store it in your local distribution depot for you to collect.
In the event that your order has not been delivered within these delivery times, as a first step please check with your local Royal Mail distribution depot. If it is not awaiting collection, please contact us to advise us that you have not received your order.
All delivery times are estimates ONLY provided by Royal Mail and can increase depending on the time of year.
CAN YOU SEND A CARD FOR ME?
Absolutely! Cards can be sent to you or direct to your recipient. Just add the required address details when completing the shipping information on your order and we'll post your item/s to the address provided as long as it is in the UK. Please remember, that all cards are sold "Blank" inside but you can add your own words here.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A MESSAGE TO BE PRINTED INSIDE OF A CARD?
An internal message can be printed inside of your card by using the following link to purchase this little additional extra here.
I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A CHANGE TO THE FRONT OF A CARD
While all cards are designed by Jean, they are printed by a third party company to ensure a close representation of the original artwork and quality final product. So while it is not possible to change, add to or edit the front and backs of any greeting card, there is an option to have an internal message from you printed inside.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Currently, gifts cards are not available, but we hope to be able to offer this service on the future.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
I accept payment through PayPal, a safe and secure way to send and receive funds.
I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
That is no problem at all! You can checkout as a 'Guest' through PayPal if you don't want to set up an account. Here's how:
• If PayPal doesn’t have any record of a PayPal account being used on your device, it will normally take you to the guest checkout straight away.
Alternatively, you may see the following screen instead, with a button saying “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.
• Enter a valid email address (entering your email does not mean that you are creating an account, it's so that PayPal can send your payment confirmation).
• Then add your credit or debit card details as also billing and contact addresses.
• If you prefer not to create an account with PayPal, select "No, I don't want an account now" and next select "Pay Now". Your payment will be processed.
